Available Positions:

 

CHEF DE PARTIE - 

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Our Chef de Parties are at the heart of our kitchens and work with amazing flavours and fresh ingredients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section with precision and creativity.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine recipes, ensuring adherence to our signature Caribbean flavors.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

  • Lead and inspire junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

PREP CHEF

​

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare and portion ingredients for use in cooking, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

  • Assist in the creation of mise en place to streamline the cooking process during busy periods.

  • Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.

  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and techniques under the guidance of the Head Chef.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

​

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring they are fresh, well-portioned, and ready for use in cooking.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during service.

  • Support the team in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.

  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

 

KITCHEN PORTER

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

  • Support the kitchen team by assisting in basic food preparation tasks.

  • Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

  • Assist with the receiving and storage of deliveries.
